If you lined up every single period you’ll ever have, you’d be bleeding for ten years straight.

That’s around thirteen periods every year.

Between thirty and eighty millilitres of blood lost each cycle.

And roughly forty years of menstruating in total.


A decade of bleeding, cramping, moving, and getting on with life anyway.
